This means not each item will look exactly the same. This makes the item unique, and one of a kind for your home.
Every item is made with real wood and each piece of wood is unique.
We take great care to pick beautiful wood and we believe the knots and imperfections are part of what makes each item unique.
The item you receive will vary from the picture due to the distinct characteristics of each wood canvas.
Everything is built to order so please let me know if you want some customization not listed. The build typically takes 1-2 weeks from date of order to ship.
Cost for shipping is dependent on delivery location. Price listed is a base price if built without customization.
All final costs will be quoted after design and delivery has been agreed upon.
Processing time:
Once item is ordered it will take 5-10 business days to complete. Once your item is complete you will receive a email with shipping confirmation.
Shipping:
We ship all of our items with USPS or FedEx, and it takes 2-8 business days to receive.
*If you need this item sooner, We can add express priority for an additional charge. Please contact us before ordering so we can get that added for you.
(Please keep in consideration USPS and FedEx can have shipping delays due to the pandemic. We are not responsible for the delays, but if there is any issues please contact us.)
EXCHANGE/RETURNS:
We CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PERSONLIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS:
